General Assembly’s TECH AND… series is a great way to connect with and learn from thought-leaders. Panelists and moderators are brought in to tackle issues around the rise of tech in their industries, letting us in on the ways they are adapting and innovating, as well as their visions for the future.
On June 21st they hosted a panel of insurance industry leaders who are focused on bringing innovation to an industry known for moving at a purposefully cautious pace.
Moderator Kat Bond, a Partner at Gray PLLC, navigated a discussion that covered topics near and dear to the panelists and brought her legal perspective to the conversation. We were happy to see that partnerships are playing a significant role in insurance innovation and that the thought-leaders present were optimistic about the future of the industry.
Kat hosted Maya Prosor, the VP of Business Development and Partnerships at Lemonade, Carl Niedbala, the Co-founder and COO of Founder Shield, and Smriti Sinha, the VP of Innovation and Partnerships at Prudential.
